This Privacy Policy explains how AKX Global Corp ("AKX") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our Services.

1. Information we collect

• Account & identity: email, name, date of birth, government ID for KYC.
• Wallet data: public wallet addresses, on-chain transactions you authorize.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, browser type, device fingerprint, IP address.
• Communications: emails and support messages you send us.

2. How we use it

• Provide and improve the Services
• Comply with KYC/AML and travel-rule obligations
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications

3. Sharing

We share information with: (a) service providers under written contracts (cloud, KYC, fraud, analytics); (b) trading venues you submit orders to; (c) regulators and law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

4. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act and GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact Official@akx.com.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, MPC for key custody, and SOC 2-aligned operational controls. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect compromise, contact Official@akx.com immediately.

6. International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions. We apply Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

7. Retention

We retain KYC records for 5 years after account closure (per FinCEN rules). Other data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email and via an in-product notice.
